This is considered a title transfer same as if you and the other owner were selling it to a buyer.
The owner whose name would be removed from the title would complete and sign the sections for “seller” or current owner. The owner that is going to be remain on the title would complete and sign the sections for the “buyer” or new owner. If the current title has your names separated by the word “And”, by a slash (/), or just a space, then the owner that is going to remain on the title would also sign the sections for “co-seller” or co-owner.
We own a seasonal house in Florida. Can I do the initial registation of my vehicle in Florida online or do I have to wait until the car is in Florida?
