PA Driver’s License Address Change
If you want to change your address information on you driver’s license online, visit the Online Driver’s License/Photo ID login site.
PA Vehicle Registration Address Change
If you need to change your address information on your vehicle records online, visit the Online Vehicle Services Login site.
You’ll need to gather the following documents:
- Vehicle title number
- License plate number
- Insurance policy information
- Odometer reading
- PA driver’s license number
- Printer
By Mail
If you need to update your address information on your driver’s license (only) by mail, mail the completed Form DL-80 to the following address:

For changes on your vehicle registration records, submit the Form MV-63 to the same address.
In Person
If you want to change your address information on your vehicle and driver records, visit your local PennDOT agency and submit the Form MV-63 for completion.
