To request a free replacement, simply contact our support team. If you need just a copy of the registration we shipped you, you will be able to download it from your eTags account by logging in. If you did not originally place your order with us, you can place an order for a replacement which will require a payment and we only support the request for a registration and decal replacement. You may also visit your local tax collector’s office or tag office to request a registration card only.
