Utah Change of Address Forms

To change your address on your vehicle or driver records, you must follow the steps outlined below:

UT Driver’s License/ID Card Address Change

The DPS requires residents to notify a change of address within 10 days of moving to a new address. You could complete this procedure online or in person.
