With our priority ship options, a Florida replacement title can arrive the next day or within 2 business days from the time its shipped. Orders where standard shipping was selected are sent via USPS for which the average delivery time is 3-5 business days. Florida titles shipping outside of the state may take longer to arrive. However, 3 weeks is unusually long.
