With eTags, you can choose one of our "pay over time" options like Affirm or PayPal credit allowing us to receive the full required payment to process your registration while you can repay the total over the course of 3, 6, 12, or 24 months. However, its important to note that we must receive the out of state title before we can ship your new California plates. While we can provide you a digital registration card as soon as we have copies of the required documents, the vehicle is not considered legal to drive until the plates are on the car.
