Usually you hear annoyed drivers saying: Don’t they screen these people before handing them a driver’s license? Unfortunately, many other times it’s not about driving skills but courtesy and common sense.<\/p>\n

When it comes to rude drivers there’s no perfect justice, but you could learn from them and ensure those habits do not apply to you.<\/p>\n

For that reason, here are the top 6 most irritating driving habits.<\/p>\n

6# Using your cell phone<\/h2>\n

According to the National Safety Council<\/a>, using your cell phone while driving account for 27% of all crashes. This could be either talking on the phone, or simply sending a quick text with your smartphone.<\/p>\n

Is there any convincing reason why people need to answer their phone while on the road? There’s no such thing as a life-changing call or text. It’s rude, negligent, and perilous for everyone who drives close to a vehicle driven by someone on his phone.<\/p>\n

5# Going too fast for road conditions<\/h2>\n

It’s always safe to follow the rules and road signs, but some weather conditions disrupt traffic and affect the functionality of your vehicle.<\/p>\n

If you are driving along the road during snowy<\/a> or rainy days, you are responsible for handling your vehicle cautiously.<\/p>\n

Let’s say you are driving along a clear road and other driver swerves out of his lane and almost hits your vehicle. You beep at him and he uses angry facial expressions at you.<\/p>\n

You look back and say: Really, dude??? For the most part, that’s all you can say about it. Common sense dictates that every time you make a mistake, you own it.<\/p>\n

More importantly, if your mistake affects other people like in our previous example, the normal thing to do is to apologize for the disruption. Acknowledge that you screwed up and be a conscious driver.<\/p>\n

1# Picking your nose while driving<\/h2>\n

This could be regarded as a minor situation but that doesn’t stop it from being gross and irritating. There’s nothing wrong with picking up your nose since it is an old natural thing to do for everyone.<\/p>\n

Feel free to go to a private room and play with your nose without the fear of being judged.<\/p>\n

Seeing people picking their noses at every stop light is enough reason for other drivers to lose their appetite, even right before breakfast.<\/p>\n
