Your choices will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Purchase\/Sale<\/li>\n<li>Family Transfer<\/li>\n<li>Gift<\/li>\n<li>Other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. <\/strong>Fill in the license plate number and the last four digits of the VIN (vehicle identification number) OR fill in the entire VIN.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. <\/strong>Answer the following questions about the vehicle:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What was the date you acquired the vehicle?<\/li>\n<li>What was the purchase\/sale price?<\/li>\n<li>What is the current mileage on the vehicle?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then click Next.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. <\/strong>Provide the legal name to be printed on the new title. If the new owner is an individual, provide the first and last name of the person.
