Taking a look through the past few years, it\u2019s encouraging to note that the U.S. has been making some significant progress when it comes to road and automobile safety. Across the country, data has lately been indicating a steady decline in serious crash outcomes. Despite the rise in Americans who are tending to drive more miles every year, the number of critical incidents per mile traveled has decreased. And as far as signs go, this is a good indication that safety protocols are doing their job.<\/p>\n

In fact, according to the NHTSA, last year saw a significant drop<\/a> in road fatality rates.<\/p>\n
