Good morning, friends. We\u2019ve recently been pondering amongst ourselves (in between title transfers and registration renewals<\/a>) this question: \u00a0if we were in the market for a new ride, but not just any new ride, but something electric, what would we choose? How would we go about picking which Electric Vehicle (EV) to best suit our needs?<\/p>\n

Well, as they say, \u201cneeds must,\u201d so we decided to break it down for you a little here. You know… in case you\u2019ve been lying awake at night hemming and hawing over the same dilemma.\u00a0 So we\u2019ve compiled the best EV\u2019s on the market now to make things a bit easier for our readers. Or at the very least, get you a head start on the shopping journey. Ready? Here goes.<\/p>\n

The Top 5 EV’s Available in 2025.<\/h2>\n

  1. The Tesla Model 3. \"\" <\/strong>Price range of $44,130 to $56,630. In at number one, though far from being the most affordable, is the obvious (to many folks, anyway) choice. This fancypants ride zooms from 0-60 MPH in a mere 2.8 seconds, and depending on the specific model you choose, offers a driving range of 296 to 363 miles on a single charge. Of course, this is a Tesla,<\/a> so the bells and whistles on the interior are pretty high-end standard \u2013 where just about everything is available at a touch. One random little detail we love about this is that if you were to fold down the back seats, the trunk space could then fit 15 carry-on suitcases. Fifteen!<\/li>\n
  2. The Nissan Leaf. \"Nissan <\/strong>Price range of $29,280 to $37,330. Probably the most cost-efficient EV on the road and available for purchase today, the Nissan Leaf comes in as the solid, practical choice. With 212 miles of range per charge and an acceleration of 0-60 MPH in 7.4 (or 6.8, on the upgrade) seconds, the Leaf won\u2019t win any races, but it may just come in first in the dependability department. Infotainment is touchscreen, Bluetooth-ready, and comes with an optional sound system upgrade to Bose speakers.<\/li>\n
  3. The Ford Mustang Mach-E.\u00a0 \"Mustang<\/strong>Price range of $38,490 to $57,990. Yep, you read that right \u2013 that\u2019s a Mustang in the lineup of EV\u2019s! If speed is your thing, but the sticker price on the Tesla makes you want to weep, then the Mustang might be your balm: this model boasts a pickup up 0-60 MPH anywhere from 3.3 to 3.7 seconds, and will endure anywhere from 250 to 320 miles on a charge. And as far as intelligence goes, this EV can recall three driver profiles (plus a guest), and offers a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot, in addition to all the standard infotainment features.<\/li>\n
  4. The Hyundai Kona Electric.\u00a0 \"Hyundai<\/strong>Price range of $34,425 50 $42,600. While the Kona is no Tesla when it comes to acceleration, it\u2019s not too shabby considering its size: 0-60 in 7 seconds. It also does not claim to have the longest range; its top mileage is 200-260 depending on the battery you choose. But still, this EV offers a quality ride, lots of cargo space, two 12.3-inch infotainment displays, standard Bluetooth connectivity, and Wi-Fi hotspot.<\/li>\n
  5. The Chevrolet Equinox EV.<\/strong> \"Chevy Price of $34,995 to $44,795.\u00a0 For a larger EV, the range on the Equinox stands out, offering 260-319 miles per charge. And depending on which model you go for, you\u2019re looking at 0-60 MPH anywhere from 7.7 down to 5.8 seconds. With an enormous touchscreen display of 17.7 inches, this model makes up for its lack of Apple CarPlay or Android Auto by offering built-ins like Google Maps, Spotify, and mobile Wi-Fi hotspot-ing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    And there you have them: the top 5 EV\u2019s available on the market for 2025.\u00a0 And no matter which model you end up selecting, remember that for all your title and tag needs, you\u2019ve landed in the right place.
