The Minnesota Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) has made many of its forms available online so you no longer have to visit your local DVS branch to collect forms for your vehicle-related and\/or driver-related transactions. Find\u00a0 below a library containing all the available forms that you need to complete your vehicle registration, titling, driver’s license or ID card request, and\/or address change procedures with the DVS.<\/p>\n

Minnesota Change of Address Forms<\/h2>\n

If you are moving within the state of Minnesota, you are required to report your new address to the DVS on time.<\/p>\n

Once you moved to a new address in MN, you must change your address on your driver’s license or ID card within 30 days of moving. You can only update your address either by replacing or\u00a0 renewing your driver’s license, and paying the appropriate fees.<\/p>\n

To renew your driver’s license or ID cards, visit your local DVS in person as this procedure cannot be handled online or by mail.<\/p>\n
