The Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) has made available many of its forms online so users could access and complete them without having to visit their local BMV office for collection. Whether you want to register, title, apply for a driver’s license, or change your address, scroll down and click on the form that best suit your case.<\/p>\n

Note that there are other forms that cannot be accessed online, which means that you may be required to contact the nearest BMV agency in person. Maine Change of Address Forms<\/h2>\n

Contact your local BMV office to change your address on your driver’s license or vehicle registration. The ME BMV offers residents the opportunity to complete their applications or requests in different ways.<\/p>\n

ME driver’s license\/ID card address change<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ME BMV requires residents who move to a new address to notify them within 30 days. You must visit your local BMV agency in person and provide the following:<\/p>\n

  • Paycheck stub<\/li>\n
  • Rental or mortgage contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    ME car registration & title address change<\/p>\n

    The ME BMV gives you the chance of changing your address on your vehicle registration either in person or by mail. Make sure you provide the following:<\/p>\n

    In person<\/p>\n

    • Your current vehicle registration<\/li>\n
    • A proof of your new address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      By mail<\/p>\n

      • Submit a change of address form which must be collected at your local BMV agency<\/li>\n
