The Wyoming Department of Transportation requires notification within 10 days of changing your address. Moving is stressful and taxing on the body and mind but despite this all too real experience most people go through at least once in their adult life, the WYDoT can't be forgotten. If you are stopped and proved to have not updated the address on your license within the required time period, you will be subject to pay a fine.
The state of Wyoming allows residents to change their address via fax, by mail, or in person. Regardless of which option is more convenient for you, you must have a completed Notice of Change of Address form.

Updating your driver licensing address information by email, fax, or postal mail does not automatically result in the issuance of a duplicate license or ID card. If you would like a new license or ID reflecting the updated address information, you must surrender your existing one by visiting a driver exam office and paying the required fee.
